SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Kikasworkshop by Erika C. Brothers is committed to customer satisfaction. Should you experience any product defect originating at the manufacturer, printers, or in transit, please email us at email@example.com, and we’ll work with you to find a solution. The customer must initiate contact within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that we cannot accept returns on open or used items. Custom designs, art prints, media, or collages are not eligible for return. Kikasworkshop reserves the right to deny a return for any items it deems to have been used or compromised in appearance, quality, etc. Please keep the original packaging for return shipping.
The customers are responsible for reporting any missing orders or packages to us. Customers have 30 days from the delivery date given by FedEx, or UPS in the US or Paquete Express in Mexico to report to us any missing orders or packages. If a customer reports a missing package outside of FedEx’s, UPS’s, Paquete Express, or any other Shipping company’s claims procedure timeline, we are then unable to accommodate any missing orders or packages.
Within the US and US Territories, and Mexico we ship either with FedEx, UPS or Paquete Express Ground Shipping which is between 5-8 business days, or we provide a Express Shipping option at an additional cost which is 2 business day shipping. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and nationally observed US and Mexico holidays. Online orders can take 5-8 business days for order processing which is not included in the shipping timeline, and only applicable for Art prints. Within the order processing time, you will be updated regarding any changes in availability or items in your order. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may or may be shipped on different days. All customized art and collages are subject to agreed design scope and time with Erika C. Brothers, not including work time of any previous clients work as all custom design work is first come, first serve.
We do ship internationally for Canvas, Acrylic and Collage media. If you email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full street address and the items you are purchasing, we can work on getting a quote for you.
International customers will be responsible for any additional charges for shipping the package. The shipment could include shipping one or more boxes to your address, and this could also include any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country. Duties and taxes are subject to change depending on the day; almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to duty and tax assessment by the importing country’s government. Kikasworkshop by Erika C. Brothers will not cover additional import duties and taxes charges.
